Job Summary
Manage new NPI Project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and CM’s, requiring clear communication with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Provide DFM design for manufacturing and final testing improvements, develop process PFMEAs, and create part/assembly drawings and Solidworks CAD models.
Design tools and test fixtures for mechanical assemblies, conduct failure analysis, and train manufacturing personnel on assembly and test processes.

Key Requirements
8+ years' experience in Mechanical Engineering or New Product Introduction
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering - mechanical or related discipline
Experience in design and fabrication of hardware
Experience in plumbing/tubing
Ability to independently manage projects
Experience in rapid scale up of new products/operations
