Job Summary
This role supports the global mission of bringing medicines to patients by enabling outstanding therapies to move through the commercialization pipeline.
The incumbent will partner with leads to support Development Teams with resource demand forecasts and supply analysis for effective operational planning.
Key responsibilities include stewarding R&D resource algorithms, maintaining data in Planisware and SAP systems, and generating insights from timecoding data.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Planisware Portfolio Management system experience
SAP CapCity supply management systems knowledge
Advanced data analysis and scenario modeling skills
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
Experience with resource forecasting algorithms
Nice-to-have
Ability to explain complex concepts to technical audiences
Experience improving business processes and data management
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Knowledge of drug development lifecycle
Proficiency in Excel, Access, Spotfire, Tableau, or PowerBI
Key Requirements
BA/BS/BSc in sciences, management sciences, finance, economics, or engineering
5+ years of biopharmaceutical clinical product development experience
1+ years work experience in life sciences or medically related field
