As a Boutique Facilitator, Client Experience Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, embodying CHANEL’s spirit of refinement, warmth, and luxury.
Your role is to ensure every client feels personally welcomed, cared for, and guided throughout their visit, creating a seamless and memorable boutique experience in collaboration with the sales and management teams.
Support boutique events and special activations to enhance client engagement, including private floor support and client appreciation gestures.
