Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Supervisor delivers direct leadership and technical guidance to maintenance personnel, overseeing workflows and scheduling to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within designated timeframes.
  • This position reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and manages a team of 12 Instrument, Electrical, and Mechanical Technicians, coordinating closely with maintenance planning, engineering, site operations, and support teams.
