Operating across team, programme, and platform levels, you’ll partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Platform Owners, and senior leaders.
You’ll champion consistent adoption of Barclays’ Ways of Working (WoW) framework, ensuring sustainable change and measurable impact across the organisation.
