Salary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification frameworks
  • Factory and Site Acceptance Testing FAT SAT
  • Root cause analysis on systemic quality issues
  • Valid driver's license and US Passport eligibility
  • Ability to pass wind turbine climb and rescue training

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
  • Bilingual in Spanish language skills
  • Experience with APQP or PPAP processes
  • Prior experience managing Wind Solar Battery Storage assets
  • 3+ years building business-level dashboards PowerBI Tableau

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years progressive experience in quality management
  • Must hold or be eligible for a US Passport
  • Must pass wind turbine climb and rescue training
  • Maximum weight limit of 265lbs for fall protection harness
