Job Summary

• The Assistant Director of Prospect Research supports the prospect research and prospect identification functions within the Division of Advancement, partnering with fundraising staff to provide research, analysis, and prospect identification services that inform donor strategy throughout the fundraising cycle.
• The role conducts proactive and reactive prospect research projects, prepares prospect profiles and briefings, and performs wealth and propensity analysis to support fundraising and engagement strategies.
• This position reports to the Director, Prospect Development and does not have supervisory responsibility, with a hiring range of $65,000-$67,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
