Job Summary

  • This role provides technical leadership responsibility for the delivery and industrialization of projects in a cutting-edge R&D environment operating within the TRL/NPI framework.
  • The successful candidate will lead the onsite BRS Engineering Team to innovate and deliver customer-led projects while leveraging Flight Deck and prioritizing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Key Requirements

  • Engineering Degree to Masters Level or equivalent
  • Technical Aerospace Experience in Commercial Engines
  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance required
  • Leadership experience leading medium sized engineering teams
  • Experience in Structured Problem Solving & Daily Management
