Must-have
High voltage system design 5-10kV
Switch Mode PSU design
PCB design for MILSPEC applications
High frequency digital and analogue circuits
Design for reliability MTBF
Electrical safety and safe working practices
DfMEA/FMECA failure analysis
Nice-to-have
Experience with high frequency magnetic components
Knowledge of electronics encapsulation
Use of PCB layout and schematic capture tools
Experience in environmental testing
Understanding of regulatory and legislative standards
Ability to identify IPR and patent opportunities
Collaboration with engineers and scientists
Key Requirements
Degree in electronic engineering or equivalent practical experience
Full SC security clearance required, DV advantageous
Experience with 3 to 10kV, 500W to 2kW power electronics
Experience in MILSPEC application design
Experience in reliability design and failure mode analysis
