Job Summary
Provide remote technical support for enterprise storage, software, and infrastructure systems.
Own customer cases from initial triage to resolution or escalation and collaborate with global support, engineering, and services teams to resolve complex problems.
This role is based in our Krakow office following a hybrid model (1 day per month in office) and offers structured training, professional growth, and the opportunity to work in a global, engineering-driven support organisation.

Key Requirements

Experience in enterprise storage, Fibre Channel, NAS, IP networking, Cloud platforms, Python/REST API, Windows, Linux, VMware, or enterprise applications
