Lead project design, planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in alignment with the World Vision LEAP framework and humanitarian accountability standards.
Support capacity strengthening and knowledge sharing among staff, partners, and communities to improve program quality and accountability.

Key Requirements
Minimum three years community-based programming experience
At least two years in monitoring and evaluation
University degree in Social Sciences or related field
