The CPS North America Engineering & Master Plan Program Director leads the Engineering, Automation, and Master Plan programs, accountable for developing and executing the Master Plan, annual CapEx portfolio, and Automation strategy.
This role drives strategic alignment by translating business objectives into actionable investment and capability roadmaps, managing an annual capital investment portfolio typically ranging from USD 20–40 million.
The Director will serve as a member of the CPS North America Leadership Team, defining and executing the Automation strategy, and leading people development within the Engineering and Automation organizations.

Key Requirements
+15 years of experience in Operations Director, Engineering & Maintenance Director, or OE & Digitalization Director roles
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Production, Chemistry Engineer, or Foods
