Job Summary
The Clinical Resource Nurse is responsible for providing clinical expertise, guidance, and support for nurses.
This position develops, facilitates, and evaluates unit orientation and staff development programs in collaboration with the Director and based on regulations and standards.
The CRN may also provide hands-on care for some patients in special circumstances in order to provide additional support to the care team.

Key Requirements
2-3 years current Med/Surg clinical experience
Registered Nurse (RN) License

Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association (within 90 days)
