  • Your future role involves responsibility for the comprehensive architecture of ServiceNow implementations in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules, designing solutions with an emphasis on configuration to minimize customizations.

Must-have

  • ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM
  • ServiceNow architecture and design
  • JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • CI/CD, Git, Automated Test Framework
  • ServiceNow data modeling and CMDB
  • Cloud and enterprise system integration

Nice-to-have

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years IT experience
  • Minimum 6 years ServiceNow platform experience
  • Expertise in at least four ServiceNow areas
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
