Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PLC programming Siemens and Allen Bradley
Industrial communication protocols OPC UA Ethernet/IP
Programming in Python or C++
Data acquisition from high-speed sensors
Connectivity with Manufacturing Execution Systems
Networking fundamentals TCP/IP UDP
Nice-to-have
Experience with Bosch Rexroth CtrlX CORE controllers
Dashboard creation with Microsoft Power BI
Familiarity with NI CompactRIO and LabVIEW
Software development tools Visual Studio Code Linux Git
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Project management and coordination
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field
3+ years hands-on PLC programming experience
Proficiency in English at least B2 level
Availability to travel up to 30% within Mexico and abroad
Experience with industrial communication protocols
