  • Manage all Quality Management tasks (internal and external), including reviewing documents, preparing checklists, performing audits, and preparing final reports.
  • Analyze audit findings to determine program quality and identify trends, while promoting a uniform Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non-conformance tracking program.
  • Ensure compliance with Parsons’ and Client quality requirements and prepare project/program Quality manuals, plans, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 15+ years of work experience in Quality
  • 5+ years experience in a supervisory, management, or lead capacity
