Job Summary
Contributes to an exceptional resident experience by ensuring all aspects of the appearance of the community are presented to the proper standards by completing tasks to maintain common areas, amenities and grounds both in and outside of the buildings.
Performs repairs and minor redecoration and assists with resident enquiries and parcel management, delivering a varied and rewarding role.
Conducts weekly internal PPMs as directed such as flushing, fire alarm testing and emergency lights in line with health and safety policies.
