  • As the Senior Learning Designer Indigenous Cultural Capability, you will lead the design and delivery of the next phase of our enterprise First Nations Cultural Capability Framework.
  • You will establish program governance, partner with Business Units to identify capability gaps and deliver practical, role aligned learning solutions that strengthen cultural safety, leadership accountability, and decision-making capability.
