Job Summary

  • This high level, confidential support role will interact with personnel at all levels of the agency, including executive and senior leadership, as well as the Governor’s Office and other external stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include managing the Chief Deputy’s calendar, optimizing scheduling based on priorities, coordinating staff meetings, supporting special projects, overseeing meeting logistics, and planning and arranging travel.
  • The N.C. Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) serves as the Technology Center for the State of NC, enabling trusted business-driven solutions that meet the needs of North Carolinians.
