Job Summary

• The Technology Product Associate Director is accountable for supporting the Life Cycle Management of one or more GCO business technology products and implementing the technology product roadmap in line with the end-2-end technology capability strategy.
• They ensure strong alignment with end users through the Voice of Business forum and work closely with IT stakeholders to continuously improve functionality and performance while maintaining compliance with GxP and Novartis CSV and Quality standards.
• The role involves hosting governance forums, managing budgets, overseeing performance, and ensuring audit and inspection readiness for technology products within the domain.
