Salary

Base: $94,200 - $176,300 depending on level; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Contractor Program Security Officer experience
  • Knowledge of NISPOM and ICD directives
  • SCIF and SAPF facility administration
  • DoD Contract Security Classification guidance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SIMS and Government Security Databases
  • Current Polygraph approval
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years experience or equivalent
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access
  • U.S. Citizenship required
