Job Summary

  • You'll provide comprehensive student support centered on three key outcomes: college access, persistence, and completion.
  • Managing a caseload of generally 120 - 160 participants, you'll deliver personalized coaching and mentorship while building a vibrant community that celebrates academic excellence and professional development.
  • This hybrid role is based at Red Ventures corporation headquarters (our founding partner) in Charlotte, NC, with required on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday.
