The Customer Assistance Representative III is responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing assistance to customers seeking services and information at the county health department.
This position is the frontline to customer service and our clients, responsible for all client/patient registrations, processing WIC benefits, answering telephones, and coordinating with other departments.
