Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current standards.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in directing departmental functions.
This role requires providing direct nursing care, managing staff assignments, and ensuring that all personnel comply with established job descriptions and safety protocols.
