The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for administrative functions, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, care planning, and budget reporting.
The role requires maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local standards and ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
