The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and resident privacy.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or medical tests, and reporting any accidents or incidents immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Strong communication skills with nursing team
Ability to work weekends as scheduled
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations
