  • Automotive industry background required
  • Proficiency in AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
  • In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 change management
  • Experience managing supplier change requests
  • Hands-on problem solving using 8D methodology

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Manufacturing background strongly preferred
  • Experience conducting IATF 16949 audits
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven environment
