Job Summary
This role is designed for someone who thrives on building systems, managing complex projects, and ensuring that the operational infrastructure behind a mission-driven team runs smoothly and effectively.
You will serve as the operational backbone of Teach For America Idaho, managing data systems, leading project management for summer training, planning regional events, and providing cross-functional support across multiple workstreams.
The team is highly collaborative, focused on impact, and supports each other’s projects with a high level of communication with the national organization.
