  • Plan, develop, improve, and support existing assembly processes, including the investigation and evaluation of new processes.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing projects to improve manufacturing efficiency/quality and remove waste from the value stream.
  • Works closely with Product Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to implement internal product improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
