Job Summary

The Analyst will provide financial modeling, analytical, structuring, research and transaction support and will assist with the execution of transactions and advisory projects such as; mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, strategic advisory/alternatives projects and full capital structure solution projects.
