  • Map the customer journey from current experience to the future experience/ end-state and lead cross functional generation of creative potential solutions to facilitate customer journey with emphasis.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage roadmaps across all the customer touchpoints, manage stakeholders with competing priorities, and perform conflict resolution.
