The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical preparations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Transport residents and manage room setup
