The Surveyor will work in a high performing industry leading team within JLL’s Capital Markets business, with a specific focus on retail assets.
This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with other investment agents and clients, ultimately growing into a self-generating Investment agent in time.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
out of town retail and leisure schemes
pre-sale and acquisition due diligence
generation of buy side idea targets
underwriting assets using cashflow modelling
client service for a wide variety of clients
investment agent and clients relationships
Nice-to-have
strong underlying knowledge of the market
entrepreneurial, industrious and hungry for success
coaching and upskilling of graduates
Key Requirements
RICS certification preferable
Experience working in capital markets
Experience working in out of town agency
Highly numerate with good report writing skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
