The Supervisor, Facilities Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, and projects of the Medical Center facilities including electric, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems.
This position requires active supervision of personnel across Mechanical Systems, Electric and Electronic Systems, and Building Systems shops while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role supports the Ohio State Medical Center's mission by managing functional and financial aspects of building operations and maintaining life safety compartments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years progressive supervisory experience
Knowledge of HVAC/R and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with CMMS and PC applications
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience
