  • Works with external IT vendors to support daily IT operations, service delivery, and issue resolution, and assists with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Documents, operates, and continuously improves IT processes and control frameworks to enhance security, ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and PDPA, and improve operational efficiency.
