The main task of the Student Nutrition Liaison is to create and implement nutrition education materials related to Campus Dining via social media and outreach activities/events.
Responsibilities include planning and execution of nutrition education events, promoting healthy dining options, and referring guests to the Registered Dietitian's Office when necessary.
The successful candidates will have a basic understanding of nutrition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social media, educational outreach, and student engagement.
