The role requires strong experience in optical sales and training, alongside excellent communication skills, to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team

Job Summary

  • The Technical Sales and Education Specialist is responsible for the coordination, development and execution of sales training in support of the North America Sales team business strategy.
  • Facilitate and deliver high-impact training programs utilizing a variety of methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness for the audience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional level training and development experience
  • Prior experience working as a sales representative
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Methodology
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
