Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, focusing on hiring, onboarding, ramp, and ongoing development.
Deliver against team targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution, owning meeting quality and conversion rates.
Develop and refine outbound plays by vertical/use case and partner with Marketing on inbound follow-up and campaign execution.
