Base: $120,000-$130,000/year; Bonus/Equity: Production; Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) with 5% company match, 3 Weeks PTO + 32 hours floating holiday, $3,000 Annual CE allowance + 5 days CE PTO, Student loan reimbursement, $5,000+ Relocation assistance, 24/7 Mental health support, $1,000 Discretionary spending
