Job Summary
This position will spearhead the entirety of Northwest Banks Retirement Plan business with a primary focus on growing sales and client acquisition.
The Manager is responsible for direct supervision of Retirement Plan Consultants and ensuring broad participation through cooperation with Trust and Financial Advisor teams.
Candidates must maintain extensive knowledge of Plan documents for 401(k), 403(b), 457, and defined benefit plans while ensuring strict compliance with DOL, ERISA, and IRS standards.

Must-have
8-12 years employee benefit experience
Deep knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations
Direct supervision of Retirement Plan Consultants
Overseeing retirement plan budgets and forecasts
Managing vendor and administrator performance
Nice-to-have
Ability to develop innovative problem-solving approaches
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with third-party administrators and record-keepers
Proven track record in client acquisition and sales growth
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
8-12 years relevant employee benefit and pension plan administration experience
Plan document and legislative experience
Financial organization or similar compliance experience
