As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Avionics), you will be a driving force behind the production and integration of the avionics systems that power SNC’s next-generation ISR capabilities.
You’ll lead the development, optimization, and execution of manufacturing processes that enable rapid integration of sensors, mission systems, and aircraft survivability technologies.

Base: $113,428.57 - $155,964.28; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based upon performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Familiarity with GD&T per ASME Y14.5
Experience developing work instructions for avionics assembly
Exposure to PLM, MES, and MRP systems
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Hands-on experience with avionics wiring installation and troubleshooting
Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Secret Security Clearance
