  • You’ll lead the development, optimization, and execution of manufacturing processes that enable rapid integration of sensors, mission systems, and aircraft survivability technologies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Familiarity with GD&T per ASME Y14.5
  • Experience developing work instructions for avionics assembly
  • Exposure to PLM, MES, and MRP systems
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Hands-on experience with avionics wiring installation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Secret Security Clearance
