Key Requirements

  • 10 years General Contractor or Electrical Contractor experience
  • 5 years direct construction project involvement
  • Manufacturing or industrial sector construction experience
  • Experience with BMS and EPMS
  • Understanding of prime contracts requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification preferred
