Must-have

  • 5+ years software engineering experience
  • 2+ years managing software engineers
  • Experience managing Android or iOS engineers
  • Experience with agentic coding and AI workflows
  • Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile apps
  • Strong Agile/Scrum process advocacy
