Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years in Procurement Operations or P2P
Experience managing catalogues within ERP system
Strong stakeholder experience across Procurement and A/P
Understanding of P2P processes and pricing controls
High attention to detail with data governance mindset
Nice-to-have
Experience in Aged-care sector and Healthcare at Home
TechnologyOne ERP system proficiency
Ability to translate procurement policies into practical pathways
Partnership skills with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians
