The expediting's primary responsibility is to ensure that the Supplier and its vendor, subcontractors meet the contractual date(s) specified in the Contract/Purchase Order for the receipt of data and documentation, delivery of the purchased goods, and performance of all other contractual deliverables/activities that are governed by the Project requirements

Job Summary

  • The expediting's primary responsibility is to ensure that the Supplier and its vendor, subcontractors meet the contractual date(s) specified in the Contract/Purchase Order for the receipt of data and documentation, delivery of the purchased goods, and performance of all other contractual deliverables/activities that are governed by the Project requirements.
  • The Senior Expediter will be responsible for reporting Supplier progress and productivity by administering and reporting Supplier schedules, to ensure alignment with Project schedule and delivery milestones for tracking.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 10+ years industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years purchasing experience
  • Minimum 3 years expediting experience
  • Part-time telework requires 3 days in-office
