Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
Experience with branch renovations and bank build-outs
Proficiency in MS Project scheduling software
Knowledge of HVAC, security systems, and IT rooms
Understanding of ADA and banking regulatory compliance
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
LEED AP certification preferred
Ability to present to C-level executives
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with local zoning authorities
