The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of HVAC systems, buildings, grounds, labs, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
This role includes managing staff, overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting capital projects.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC maintenance and repairs
Facilities operations management
Vendor and contractor coordination
Preventive and predictive maintenance
Project management for construction
Compliance with safety and environmental standards
Nice-to-have
LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
Computerized maintenance management system familiarity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to support weekend/off-shift coverage
Key Requirements
B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field preferred
At least 7 years facilities management experience
Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
HVAC certification highly desirable
Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, EPA, OSHA regulations preferred
