Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic
• High school diploma or GED
• Technical or vocational school certificate preferred
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and motors
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
