Job Summary

  • This role owns the design, execution and optimization of cross-sell and upsell strategies across products (Cards, BNPL, Installments, Cash Loans, Insurance and future products), ensuring measurable incremental revenue and improved customer lifetime value.
  • The main tasks of this role will be the definition and execution of the European cross-sell and upsell roadmap, identifying high-propensity segments and prioritizing economically impactful initiatives.
