Job Summary

• This role is accountable for workforce planning and analytics alongside end-to-end ownership of schedule reconciliation and workforce data controls to protect pay accuracy, regulatory compliance and operational integrity across Retail Operations.
• You will design, maintain and continuously improve workforce models while ensuring workforce data across planning and HR systems is accurate, controlled and auditable.
• The role involves partnering with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure workforce data integrity, pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
